Places we will visit are:

Tulum and Punto Allen

A place to relax on the beach after the flight and acclimatise. Temples of the sea goddess and the crocodile god. A visit to swim with turtles and to swim through a cenote, an underground cave sacred to the mayans.

Coba

A large temple complex in the jungle where it is still possible to climb to the top of the main pyramid and look out over the jungle canopy.

Chichen Itza

The great pyramid of Kukulkan, the temple of skulls and the ball courts, where we will expire the shamanic theme of death as an advisor: how the awareness of our mortality can help us prioritise our values and seize the day by going for our sacred dream.

Palenque

The astronomical centre of the ancient mayans where we will explore the mayan concept of time, the twenty powers of the universe and the mayan prophecies.

San Cristobal de las Casas

A beautiful colonial city surrounded by indigenous villages where the mayan shamanic tradition has been incorporated into the catholic church, with healing rituals and fire ceremonies, and the gods and goddesses of the mayans becoming saints so the old forms of worship can survive.

Fuentes Georginas

Stunning hot volcanic pools in the middle of the jungle where will do water dancing, a tantric technique for deep relaxation of the spine and merging with the hot water.

Lago de Atitlan

A stunning lake surrounded by volcanos and deep jungle, Lago de Atitlan is regarded by mayans as the sacred navel of the world. Visit to local shamans and colourful markets. A strong place for making contact with ones sacred dream.

Antigua

A charming colonial town from where we can take a hike up a live volcano and experience very directly the power of shake and the red fire of the earth.

Rio Dulce and Livingstone

Visit to a hot waterfall in the middle of the jungle. After an avocado milkshake boat trip down the Rio Dulce, a paradise for pelicans, white herons and frigate birds, we arrive in Livingstone, a laid back African American community on the Caribbean. Healing plant ceremony at a sacred waterfall.

Tikal

A vast ancient mayan temple complex lost for centuries in the jungle, Tikal vibrates with energy and the sounds of panthers and howler monkeys. We will contact our animal spirit guides to help dance our dream awake.

Return via Belize to Tulum for relaxation on the beach before flying home from Cancun.
