New bioenergetic training with John Hawken. It is open for people who have some experience in verbal therapies and want to explore particular themes through body work, or who want to deepen their experience of themselves through the methods of bioenergetics.
Bioenergetics, developed from the work of Wilhelm Reich by Alexander Lowen, looks at our bodies as a mirror of our life energy, where it flows freely and where it is held by fear and shame, by the should and shouldnts of society that programme our thoughts and limit our ability to be ourselves.
