The programme will offer techniques from the different paths of transformation woven together to create a hammock of relaxation in which you can destress. We will guide you to replenish your body and your spirit, calm your mind, harmonize your emotions and come home to your true self without the business which normally keeps us from arriving at the centre of ourselves and finding the state of bliss which that place offers. Techniques will include the circle of permission, the contraction/expansion meditation, releasing tension into the earth, sensual massage, fire breath, oceanic tantra, and many more.

The warmth of the tropics, the warm welcome of the islanders, and the warmth of acceptance and permission to be who we are in our deepest impulses will heal old wounds, help us to be without struggle and to realize that we are already enough.

We are advertising early as we will limit the group size to 18 participants and to enable long term planning. You can come as a couple or a single. The group will be run in English with translation into Czech and German possible. John is already semi-retired, and this will be one of the last opportunities to imbibe his wisdom and experience and presence at the source.
