Participation agreement

Participation in any events organised by The Paths of Transformation require assent and agreement to the following general Terms and Conditions and Deposit and Storno conditions.

1. All participants must be over 18 years of age.
2. Participants must be mentally sound and not currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or be using medication for psychiatric conditions. Participation for such participants is only possible with written consent of the psychotherapist and after consulting personally with John Hawken.
3. Participation is at the own risk of participants. All participants agree that the event is provided without responsibility or liability to John Hawken or his assistants. All participants accept full responsibility for the consequences of their own participation in the event and agree to hold John Hawken and his co-teachers, teachers, associates, assistants, translators, etc. blameless for any damage or loss, be it physical, mental, emotional or otherwise which might occur at any of his events.
4. No refunds are provided.
5. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organiser, all course fees paid will be refunded to the participants.
